DBCT
Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) is a port facility which exports metallurgical and thermal coal mined in the Bowen Basin region of Queensland, Australia. DBCT’s revenue is underpinned by long term take or-pay contracts with some of the world’s largest mining companies. With completion of the Stage 7 expansion, DBCT is one of the largest coal export terminals in the world, having a capacity of 85 million tones per annum (Mtpa). Terms and conditions for access by customers to the services provided at DBCT are regulated by the QCA.
